    The cubs would love to meet you in person, however at this moment we are an online only store.

  • Do you offer wholesale rates?
    Wholesale rates may apply for larger quantities of bag hardware(100 or more of a single item). Do contact us at for more information. Unfortunately we do not offer wholesale rates for fabrics at this stage.
  • Which charity are you supporting now?
    At CraftCubs, we believe strongly in supporting our local community. We choose to donate part of our profits every month to an Australian charity. For 2023, we are supporting the Smith Family Foundation and the Barbara May Foundation.
  • How do the cubs ship items to you?
    The cubs use Australia Post or Sendle to get your items to you. We aim to send your orders out within 1-2 business days!
  • How long will your items take to reach you?
    Well, that depends. Deliveries in Australia will take 3-7 business days by Standard Shipping. if you want it to zoom to you, Express Shipping takes 1 business day (though it might take longer in some areas). For our New Zealand friends across the river, the plane will reach you in 3-10 business days. For everyone else, it will take 5-15 business days. Please refer to for more information.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Australians get a special rate. Shipping starts from $10.90 standard AustPost tracked and $15 for Express Shipping. Flat rate shipping applies for bag hardware, postage overage will be refunded :) If you are based elsewhere, prices depend on the weight of your items and will be calculated automatically by the website.
  • Are all your parcels tracked?
    The cubs will be sad if you lose your parcel. So, all parcels are tracked.
  • What's the cub's return policy?
    Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to give you the best products available. We accept returns on all items provided that: 🐾Items are returned or exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date 🐾Items are in it's original condition and not been used or damaged in any way 🐾Items are not in these categories: cut lengths of fabrics, ribbons or stabilisers (batting or interfacing) 🐾Shipping and return shipping fee is borne by the customer except in cases of a defect If there is a defect, please reach out to us at or send us a message on our Facebook Page at
